COLdigify provides AI training courses, AI automation development and consulting services. Course content, schedules and pricing may be updated from time to time.
3. Registration & Payment
Course access is granted after payment is confirmed. Payments made by bank transfer must be accompanied by proof of payment. Prices displayed during promotional periods apply only for the stated duration.
4. Refunds
Because course materials and community access are delivered immediately after enrolment, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error occurred, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, templates, workflows and brand assets remain the property of COLdigify. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our training and consulting are provided in good faith. COLdigify is not liable for business outcomes, indirect losses, or results achieved from applying the material.
